Choline and inositol act mainly on the good lipid distribution and degradation, as well as in the formation and maintenance of nerve cells and transmission of nerve impulses, because of their close relationship with neurotransmitters (acetylcholine, serotonin...).

They are closely related to the depression and others aneurological changes because it's been shown that these cases have low levels of these vitamins. Alzheimer's, amyloid plaques, stress, general nervousness, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, or metabolic endocrine disorders such as polycystic ovary, may improve with the intake of these vitamins. They're involved in the action of serotonin, which is directly involved in depression.

It has to do with the good condition of the skin, the nails or the hair. Related to reproductive capacity. They improve intestinal peristalsis, digestive function, muscle strength, ability to concentrate, memory, night blindness and overall brain health.
