Compote of blueberries and ginger. Sweetened with concentrated apple juice. Made with ripe fruit. For the preparation of 1 kg of this compote, at least 600 g of fruit has been used and the minimum cooking has been carried out to ensure the full natural flavour and aroma of the fruit

THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:

Cranberries* (55%), concentrated apple juice* (38%), mashed apple*, ginger* (2%), gelling agent: pectin.

It could contain ginger filaments.

METHOD OF USE:

For spreading on toast or pancakes, also for making desserts. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 10 days.
