We leave fresh garlic of the highest quality from our organic crops, using only varieties with the highest content in alicine, the main active principle. This is the basis for a rich percentage of alicine to be preserved after the manipulation of garlic.

Liofilization, coupled with a process developed Soria Natural which is being protected, allows us to keep these levels of alicin in the garlic powder that we will immediately use in the preparation of our entérico garlic tablets. When we crush, chew or cut a raw garlic, the aliine present in it, is released to the outside and puts in contact with the alinase enzyme, also naturally present in the interior of the garlic. This enzyme is responsible for transforming aliine into another compound: alicine (dialyl-tiosulfinate), the main therapeutic molecule of garlic to which its pharmacological properties are attributed. The knowledge of this important substance was carried out during the investigations of doctors C.J. Cavallito and J.H. Bailey in 1944 in which they recognized that alicine may have an efficacy similar to penicillin.
